1. Scope of Services

Notary Near Me Media PA, LLC provides professional mobile and online notary services in compliance with Pennsylvania law, including but not limited to: - Acknowledgments and jurats - Witnessing and attesting signatures - Administering oaths and affirmations - Loan document signings - Powers of attorney, deeds, estate plans, and related legal documents - Remote Online Notarization (RON) using approved platforms 

Additional services include: - Apostille consultation and processing - Elder law and estate planning notarization support - Real estate transaction signings - General notary services - Administrative, courier, and printing support

2. Standard Notarial Act Fees

(Fixed fees regulated and mandated by the Pennsylvania Department of State) - Acknowledgments: $5 for the first signer; $2 for each additional signer - Oaths or Affirmations (Jurats): $5 per individual - Verifications on Oath or Affirmation: $5 per verification - Affidavits (Jurats): $5 per affidavit - Witnessing or Attesting a Signature: $5 per signature - Certifying a Copy or Deposition: $5 per document - Noting a Protest of a Negotiable Instrument: $3 per verification or page.

3. Travel & Administrative Fees

Travel fees are not regulated by the Commonwealth and must be agreed upon in advance. Primary Service Area (0–15 miles from Media, PA): $50 + notarization fees (1 signature) Includes Media (19063), Swarthmore (19081), Wallingford (19086), Brookhaven (19015), Springfield (19064), Broomall (19008), Newtown Square (19073), Glen Mills (19342), Garnet Valley (19060), Havertown (19083), Concordville (19342), Thornton (19373), Bryn Mawr (19010), Villanova (19085), Wayne (19087), Radnor (19087), Devon (19333), West Chester (19380). 

Extended Service Area (16–30 miles): $100 + notarization fees (includes 2 signatures, 1–2 pages; subject to notary discretion). 

4. Apostille Services & Fees

Apostille Consultation (30 minutes): $75 - Standard Processing (Mail-in Only): Starting at $125 (includes pick-up and drop-off of documents; excludes standard notary and administrative fees).

5. Elder Law & Estate Planning Services & Fees

Power of Attorney (Healthcare, Financial, Real Estate): $150 - Guardianship & Conservatorship: $150 - Trusts: $150 - Affidavits of Heirship: $150 - Nursing Home Financial Responsibility Agreements: $150 - Nursing Home Admission Documents: $150 (All fees include notary acts, administrative travel, and printing for a 30-minute signing.)

6. Real Estate Services & Fees

Property Purchase & Sale Closing: Starting at $150 - Loan Refinance: Starting at $150 - Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC): Starting at $150 - Mortgage/Deed Trust: Starting at $150 - Loan Modification: Starting at $150 (Fees exclude notary acts, travel, and printing for a 30-minute signing.)

7. General Notary Services & Fees

Witnessing (1 signature): $50 (includes travel + notary act, 30 minutes) - Document Notarization In-Person (1 signature): $50 - Document Notarization Online (1 signature): $50 - International Document Notarization Online: Starting at $75

8. Additional Administrative Fees

Outside business hours (before 8 a.m. or after 6 p.m., weekdays & weekends): +$25 - Emergency / Same-Day Service: +$25 (1–4 hour notice) - Weekend Service (Saturday/Sunday): +$25 - Waiting Time: $15 (first 15 minutes), $25 (each additional 15 minutes) - Facility Group Sessions: $15 travel fee + $5 per signature (10+ signings, bulk discount)

9. Add-On Administrative Service Fees

Document Handling & Courier Services: $50 - Mobile Printing: $1 per page - Field Inspection (property occupancy, insurance photos): $50

10. Policies & Disclaimers

All notarial acts comply with Pennsylvania Notary Fee Regulations §161.2(a). - The Commonwealth regulates notarial fees only. Travel and convenience fees must be agreed upon in advance. - Bulk discounts are determined by agreement between the Notary and client. - Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or medical advice. Consult appropriate professionals for such guidance. 

11. Payments & Cancellations

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
